How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for major cities and 5-7 working days for other areas.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 5,000. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies at checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Our size guide lists height, chest and waist measurements in centimetres for every age. Measure your child rather than relying on age alone, and size up if they fall between two sizes.
Can I exchange an item if the size is wrong?
Yes. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your account, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery across Pakistan. Additional online payment options are shown at checkout.
How should I wash the clothes?
Most items are machine washable at 30 degrees. Turn printed items inside out before washing. Check the care label on each garment.
